The Last Supper Chiaroscuro Jacket

A gathering held between light and shadow.

A long table. Closely gathered figures. A scene charged with meaning. This monochrome interpretation of The Last Supper wraps sacred imagery around a contemporary zip jacket, with a larger composition unfolding across the back.

Silver-grey highlights emerge from deep charcoal shadows, giving the print the atmosphere of an antique engraving. Drapery, gesture and architectural detail reward a closer look, while the restrained palette lets the artwork lead.

The Inspiration

Chiaroscuro is the interplay of light and dark used to give an image depth and drama. Here, that contrast shapes the mood of a familiar sacred subject: stillness at the table, movement among the figures, and a story that extends beyond the frame.
