Placed order on 03/01 & was informed it had shipped 04/01,from there not a word as the tracking failed to update.12/01 contacted customer services & was asked to update my shipping address,fine except it was identical to the original. Onwards!19/01 it’s shipped yet sadly still no tracking updates. Ho hum.Anyway end of saga it arrived intact. The actual product is nice,haven’t used it much yet but all the seams etc seem sound & the print is lovely. That said the shipping palaver would make me think twice before ordering again
